My Tips for Coping with stress


Dear readers,
We know the sayings, "You are what you eat or you are what you do", well, whether others are judgmental or not, most of us judge ourselves anyway by the things that we do, so take some grown up time out to meditate on the things that involve the most stress in your life. Take a moment of silence to reflect on your next steps, because regrets are almost like small grieving moments for whatever the gravity of the situation. This is with regards to situations which don't need an emergency or immediate reaction of course.

 
Here are some things I do and Recommend for coping with stress
  1. Excuse yourself every once in a while, consider arranging alone time once a week for at least 2 hours. Get lost in a special place you can call your own and reflect on your life with meditation, positivity in, and negativity out.
  2. Look into practicing Yoga and memorize some standing up moves you can do at a moments notice, check out my article "Yoga for life" for how to get started
  3. Make your self a stress relief kit you can take with you at a moments notice and use it to meditate and feel refreshed
