Oven Roasted Buffalo Chicken and Mozarella sandwich

 
 
Gadgets and Kitchen needs: Glass or other Baking pan to fit your chicken breasts, cutting board, large cutting knife, fork, mixing bowl
 
Makes one
Ingredients: 1 Chicken Breast, with or without the bone
  • 2-3 tablespoons Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of butter "I can't believe it's not butter"
  • 2 slices of Mozzarella
  • 1 Sandwich bread, preferably Gluten free
 
 
 
Method: Heat up your oven to 375 degrees
Add chicken and butter to the baking pan, and place in the oven for 3o minutes, turning it on each side in between, and making sure it does not stick to the bottom.
 Remove the pan and place the chicken on a cutting board (warning hot) and start shredding it with the knife and the fork, the chicken should be cooked and tender.
  Next place the chicken in a mixing bowl and add your favorite Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sauce, and mix together until it's evenly distributed. Prepare the sandwich with the Mozzarella cheese, and place it in the oven so that the cheese melts and the bread toasts for about 2-3 minutes. Remove and your ready to serve!
