Easy Rasberry Roasted Chicken Salad with Walnuts

 
 
 
Shake things up a bit with a Raspberry Dressing and some Walnuts to your garden salad.
Check out all of my recommended items to help you make your salad.  
 
Kitchen Gadgets:  Mixing bowl and salad tongs. Tablespoon for measuring cutting board and knife or kitchen scissors
 
 
 
 
Ingredients: Makes one large meal or four side salads
  • 3-4 tablespoons of Raspberry Salad Dressing - I used Fat Free Maple Grove Farms of Vermont w. No High Fructose corn syrup
 
 
  • 5-6 leaves of Romaine Lettuce (washed, drained and cut) or your favorite lettuce
 
  • Tomatoes, your favorite (washed and cut) I used 1/2 of one Red plum Tomatoes
  • I recommend Marzetti Garlic and Butter Croutons, they are 0% in Saturated Fat, all Natural and come in so many flavors, pick your favorite
 
 
 
 
  • 1/2 or 1.4 (pick your favorite part of the chicken, I recommend breast meat) Roasted Chicken preferably Garlic and Lemon Seasoning - I have been using Perdue's Oven Ready Roasters. Cage Free and as close to all natural as Perdue can be. Cut one in half and follow directions on the back. Very convenient for busy people. (There is also ready to eat cooked chicken in a can if you are really just too busy. Simply add a dash of Lemon juice, pepper and powdered garlic to taste)
 
Method: Simply prepare all of the foods as described above on your cutting board and shred the chicken after it has been cooked. Place the ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss until the dressing has been married with the other ingredients and serve.
